This website introduces LongEddy Capital, a planned investment business currently in formation, and provides tools for exploring public securities filings. It does not provide user accounts, accept investment subscriptions, or request payment details.

Searches and public filing information

When you search for a manager, your search terms are sent to our website service to retrieve public filing information. If live SEC access is available, those terms may also be used in requests from our service to SEC services. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into search fields.

Holdings filters, sorting, and CSV generation are processed in your browser. The exported file identifies the selected third-party filer and reporting period. Manager and quarter selections can appear in the page URL and your browser history.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, and security services for this website. In providing these services, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information, and request timing. Technical information supports website operation, security, and performance measurement.

Cloudflare may also provide aggregate usage and performance statistics. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or local storage for measurement and does not fingerprint visitors. This is separate from the technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
